Rajiva and Olga part 2

We moved down to Clarke Park in Milson’s Point, overlooking Lavender Bay, the Harbour Bridge and Sydney CBD. Rajiva was waiting.
The ceremony contained elements from Sri Lankan, Russian and Australian traditions.
The weather turned dark during the ceremony and rain threatened. It held off and gave us some dramatic skies. The following photos were taken with an ND8 graduated filter to bring out the texture in the clouds.
After the ceremony we walked around the harbour foreshores to Luna Park and the reception at Aqua Restaurant.
On the way around a cruise ship was getting ready to leave and we borrowed the prow for a few photos. Rajiva and Olga channelled their Titanic fantasies, but mercifully drew the line at singing Celine Dion songs.
The reception was held at Aqua Dining between the Harbour Bridge and Luna Park.
I’m always amazed by the sharpness of lenses – look, you can see each individual eyelash!! :)
